Closing Market Rate
The price at which the transactions are made just before the closing of the market at any trading day is known as closing market rate. 

Much number of transactions is made at the closing market rate over a range of prices.

The closing market price can be either higher or lower or same as the opening market price for the trading day.

If the closing market price is higher than the opening price then the range is said to be bullish range.

If the closing market price is lower than the opening price then the range is said to be bearish range.

The balance of entries that is posted in to the account at the close of the statement period is known as the closing balance.

The range of closely related price at which the transactions took place at the closing of the market is known as closing range.
